1. While we’re in the midst of a difficult journey, it can be tempting to want to give up because we don’t know if we will ever find the light at the end of the tunnel. But as Ecclesiastes 3 says, there is a time for everything. All things have a beginning, and they have an ending. What is a journey you feel has been going on forever that God might be reminding you it will eventually come to an end?
2. Sometimes when things come to an end it’s hard to allow ourselves to look ahead to what God is bringing into our life. We get scared like the Israelites and wish to go back to what we were familiar with, which in their case was slavery. What situation has God brought you through that you’re feeling tempted to return to? Who could you lean on to help strengthen you to continue ahead?
