"The Cave of Adullam - Blessings in the Cave"

1. With as great as David is remembered, there was a time he was alone and even a little desperate. Despite this, he proves to be one of many examples of how we should behave when we’ve fallen on hard times. We shouldn’t only praise God when times are good or when we’re trying to get something out of him because He's still good even when times are bad. There are countless ways we can praise God. We can share about Him, we can sing, we can dance, we can sacrifice, and more. How easily do you remember to do this when you're feeling lonely, scared, or frustrated? What are some things you can do to help create a habit of praising God, even when things aren't going well?

2. When God brings us out of difficult situations, it’s not always just for us to go and live free and easy. It's usually to allow us to share our testimony with people facing similar troubles. What is a challenging experience you’ve come through that you could use to help someone facing similar circumstances? If you’re not already, what’s stopping you from doing so?

3. One of the ways God provides for us when we’re in our own caves is by sending His people to be with and comfort us. Think of someone you can count on to be there when you’re feeling down and out. Can you share about a time they were there for you and how it impacted your faith journey?
